Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During sales or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will contact you if delays exceed 5 business days.

II. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 15 business days. Please note this is an estimate. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or holidays.

III. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active.

IV. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
You are responsible for providing a full and accurate shipping address. Terri Trading Co Ltd is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.

V. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost packages: If your bag order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged bag(s) and packaging. We will review each case and work to resolve it promptly.

VI. Bag Care and Usage Notice
Bags should be used and maintained according to any care instructions provided. Terri Trading Co Ltd is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, overloading, exposure to extreme conditions, or unauthorized alterations.

VII. International Shipping & Customs Notice
For orders shipped outside the USA, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
